All of the products carried at The Refill Co. are cruelty free. 

We do our best to try and source our products from Canadian manufacturers and small businesses wherever possible. A small selection of our products are imported from the USA. We are also proud to feature products from many local makers and artisans. 

Anything and everything!! We are happy to accept any plastic, glass or aluminum container for refills! We only ask they are clean and dry before we accept them in store. 

All of our bulk products are listed on our website under Bulk Items. You can select the item you wish to purchase, then select your scent option and container option. Any mason jar selected is part of our mason jar deposit program. We charge a deposit of $1.50 on every mason jar that you can later return to us for exchange or your money back! 

We always aim to have your order ready for pickup within 48 hours after it's been received! If for some reason you haven’t heard from us in that timeframe, please contact us through email (therefillco@outlook.com) so we can look into it and get it ready for you asap!

We do! Any orders that you select to pickup can be placed outside in our pickup fridge for contactless pickup. Just make sure you send us an email letting us know when you’ll be swinging by so we can accommodate this! Pickups are also available in store during shopping hours! 

All orders that select “local delivery” at checkout will be delivered on Saturday (for south side residents) and Sunday (for north side residents) as long as the order is received by that Friday at 3pm. We will pack up your order, leave it at your doorstep and send a quick email letting you know its been dropped off!

 *Please note that local delivery is $5.00 and is only available for Thunder Bay addresses.

For every piece of plastic that comes into our shop, we do our best to ensure it can be reused before we consider recycling. Two of our bulk manufacturers partner with Terracycle to recycle the 10L bags that our bulk products come in. When we receive products in large 20L jugs/pails, we offer them up to the community to be repurposed.
